I want to help you find the reasons for your unwanted symptoms and then teach you how to address them at the root. Maybe you are trying all the things and taking all the supplements and nothing seems to be working. Or maybe you don't know where to start at all but are ready to feel better. It's time now to slow down, simplify and listen to what your body is asking for. This is where I come in!

Important Notes: After the initial package is complete, follow-up appointments are available for $50 per session. There is also the option to make payments with automatic deduction based on a schedule you chose. Insurance is not accepted.

A 3-6 month coaching package includes:  

  • A detailed holistic analysis of the body and its systems

  • In-depth conversations about goals, barriers, symptoms etc.

  • A personalized wellness plan with detailed findings and recommendations

  • A follow up goal setting meeting based on above mentioned findings and recommendations along with client input

  • Continued support, guidance, education and empowerment as goals are worked on, changed or met

How it Works

Next, I will assess your body systems using various tools that will help me triangulate all the results received and lead us to the root of the problem. At that point we can get specific and start by focusing on the system that needs the most support .

From there, we will set goals and come up with a plan to address your health foundations that feels accessible and feasible to you. I will re-assess after you have consistently worked on your goals for 4-6 weeks and we can then amend the goals as needed and continue on. 

First, you will fill out a detailed questionnaire which will give me a lot of information about your day to day habits and choices as well as the symptoms that are most bothersome to you.

I do not have a magic pill or a quick fix because that is not how our bodies work nor is that sustainable or the way to create lasting effects. This specific approach focuses on improving all of your health foundations and that requires consistent work from you so that we can slowly start to rewire your brain and shift your beliefs, choices and actions. This is how you will succeed. This is how you will start to feel like your best self and I am here to tell you it is possible.

First things first. This process will not be effective if you don't put in the work.

Free Consultation

Plan on having a free 20 minute phone or video call to see and also so that I can answer any questions that you may have about the process and what you will gain from working with me.

Our First Meeting

When you’re ready, we’ll schedule a 90-minute in-person session. You’ll sign the contract, choose a package, and complete an intake form (due one week prior). I’ll review it ahead of time and conduct further assessment during our session, including Traditional Chinese Medicine techniques.

Your Wellness Plan

Once all information is compiled, I will assess and triangulate the results to pinpoint exactly what systems are needing support and how to begin providing that. This will be done with a personalized wellness plan that will list all findings and recommendations.

Discuss & Set Goals

Lastly, we will meet again to discuss these findings in depth and to create goals based on the findings and recommendations. These goals are client set but I will work with you to make sure they are specific, relevant, achievable, and measurable.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why do you not offer any shorter packages and how do I know if I need 3 or 6 months to work with you?

Lasting change takes time to cultivate and because of that, the shortest package I offer is 3 months. It has taken you a long time to create these habits that are no longer working for you and it's going to take time to undo them also. I want you to be successful and see improvements in your life before we are done working together. I also think it's important to make a big commitment so that you are all in.

Additionally, this gives us time to not only figure out the root of the problems but also gives you sufficient time to create new habits, work on your goals consistently and adjust said goals as needed.  

Choosing a package is really about how many goals you want to work on. I realize that some things that you will need to address are not clear at the start and will come up after my assessments, but if you feel like you have more than 3-4 goals to accomplish at the start, a 6 month package would be the best fit. In my experience, usually 2 or more goals (areas to address) will come up post assessment and it's really about giving you and your body time to adjust and create new habits before focusing on something new. Too much at once can create overwhelm which is exactly what we are trying to avoid.  

When can I expect to feel better?  

The natural approach that I use in my practice takes longer than the typical western medicine approach that many are used to. This is because we are working on finding and addressing the root cause of your symptoms and not just putting a band aid on them. That being said, it is safe to say that within 3-4 weeks of consistently eating real food, hydrating properly and intentionally moving regularly, you should start to feel some relief from your bothersome symptoms. Something also important to note is that often times the first symptom to show up is the last to go. 


How long will I be working on these suggestions/goals?

As long as your body is asking you to! The longer answer is that it will depend on how you feel and how consistent you are but you should start to see improvement in how you feel within a few weeks. In regards to our process, you typically will work on your first rounds of goals for 4-6 weeks before we re-evaluate and reassess. This will however depend on how it is going for you and this timeframe could be shorter or longer and neither is right or wrong. It just varies person to person. But the bottom line is that you need time to implement the changes slowly so they stick, make new habits, build new beliefs and allow your body to respond in kind. 

How will I know if I am getting better?

Well you should feel better first and foremost. You should have some relief from your symptoms even if they are not totally resolved. It is also a good idea to keep a journal of how you are feeling on any given day just to better be able to track your progress. It’s easy (and normal!) to forget where we started once we start feeling better.  

What is the toughest part of the process as you see it? 

Anything that is worthwhile, takes time. I also know that very few of us feel like we have a lot of it to spare. But there is nothing more worth your time and energy than your health and happiness. This process takes dedication, focus, commitment and discipline. These things are not inherently hard, but the commitment to do the work and the belief that you will be successful is a great place to start so this process doesn't feel harder than it has to. 

Will our work together get in the way of the work I am doing with my doctors currently?

Absolutely not. If you are working with a medical professional for anything, please continue with that care. If anything, working with me can only make whatever you are working with on them more successful,or ideally, no longer needed. We are focusing on your health foundations and improving those can only benefit you in all areas of your life. I do not diagnose, treat or prescribe.

Will I have to buy a bunch of supplements and other products once we start working together?

There is definitely a need for some additional support when we are working together but I do my best to start with only what is necessary and to combine products whenever possible. We also can assess the supplements ( not medication) you are currently taking to see if some can be put on hold or replaced with another option that may cover more needs. You also always have the choice of course on what to get and what areas of your health to focus on. You are leading the charge, I am just providing the information and tools!
